So I just turned the button on and I'm gonna go a head and we're gonna speed up a little bit all right I guess machine doesn't want to speed up quite as quickly a guiding as you can see even though perhaps start your to bounce around a little bit my puppy is a stay in place so even when you get your heart movements going well your pumps are still singing it's fun go ahead right now I can that 3 the camp on a 2.2 pink line all right.

Smartest idea go back down to 3 1/2 that's still a really brisk walk and get my arm movements in and keep my chest stabilized you want the hips keep your shoulders square as you're pumping and working out you don't bounce too much the puppies will keep everything in  place but as the suction from the pump is going you don't want to make your nipples uncomfortable so you want to go just pick it up set it makes it a little  bit difficult to top
